Due to the nature of our services, App My Cloud generally does not offer refunds. Exceptions may be made in cases of technical issues that prevent access to paid features for an extended period. We are committed to ensuring that our users receive the full value of their subscriptions.

3. Refund Approval
Refunds are granted at the discretion of App My Cloud, based on the specific circumstances of each case. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed through Paddle, our payment processor. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
